The body achieves what the mind believes.
Previously located at Havelock Road, the 3-year-old boutique gym has made the move so as to be even closer to the heart of the City. It now strategically sits between Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT stations, with more than 10 bus services plying the main road – making it a very convenient fitness location for all.
Spanning 6,000 square feet, the new gym houses a workout studio that’s twice the size of what it previously was. Incorporating state-of-the-art lighting technology, the fitness establishment continues to bring in fresh and interesting class types at the new studio. We are the first gym to launch Drums Alive! back in 2012. This year, we probably will be bringing you the Kybounder class, which promises to develop inter-muscular coordination and sensory motor function via the Kybounder, a high quality patented Swiss fitness product.
Besides focusing on the fitness aspect, Physical ABuse is also committed to making the new space even more comfortable for all clients and members. Fitness enthusiasts can soon entertain themselves during cardio time with available iPads, and stay connected throughout their workout with complimentary Wi-Fi. Value-added services such as laundry and ironing are provided as well – setting this gym apart from other run-of-the-mill fitness facilities in the vicinity.
Since its foray into the local fitness industry, Physical ABuse has grown exponentially in size. It now boasts a tight-knit group of some 600 members and more than 80 freelance instructors.
